Pietro Carlone is our chef, a veteran of the good cuisine, and Osteria Cantina Brandi is one of his latest professional success.
Thanks to his ability, this place has come back to life and has become a landmark for local gastronomy.
Flavours and products related to our land represent our Chef’s warhorse after twenty-seven working years. Beside the continuous search for "new old" culinary traditions he offers suggestions in a totally customized and innovative way.
Only and exclusively seasonal products are used in our inn; they are guarantee of freshness and authenticity, in association with the Murgia plateau that produces a huge variety of land products, above all the Cardoncello mushroom.
